Pre-Tryout Meeting – UPDATED

The mandatory pre-tryout meeting has been rescheduled for next week. This allows the coaching staff more time to finalize plans and ensure the upcoming season is the best it can be. Attendance is still MANDATORY for any athlete planning to try out.

Middle School Meeting Details

• Date: Wednesday, February 25th, 2026

• Time: 6:00–7:00 PM

• Location: BPHS Cafeteria

• Virtual Option: Google Calendar Invite

Attendance Requirement

To meet the requirement, someone must be present to represent the athlete, which may include:

• The athlete is attending alone

• A parent/guardian or family member attending alone

• Both the athlete and the parent/guardian are attending together

Attendance can be in-person or virtual, but representation is required to receive important information regarding tryouts, expectations, and the upcoming season. Please contact coaches if you will need to attend virtually.

BP Cheer Tryout Band

The Band is the official communication channel from coaches to athletes and families. It will be used to share:

• Updates and announcements as we approach the 2026–2027 season

• Key dates and events leading up to tryouts

• Materials, reminders, and information to help athletes prepare
